Room Rates

We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If less than 14 days cancellation notification is given, and we are still able to rent your room, your credit card will not be charged for the booked reservation.  This policy excludes bookings of 4 or more rooms.

Check in time: 4:00 - 6:00 PM 

Please advise us if you are checking in later than 6:00 pm

Check out time: 11:00 AM

Smoking outside only. Ashtray provided.

Breakfast is served daily at 8:00 a.m., when we all sit together and enjoy each other's company.

Occasionally, during slower seasons we adjust the time. Grab & Go available for 6 am departures, when arranged ahead.

We accept, Interac, E-transfer & Cash. Payment via Credit card will be subject to a fee.

We offer free Canada wide calling for our guests.

Guests have access to our high speed network. Guests can scan a QR Code to join our network or we can provide the password upon check in.

We're happy to offer guests a convenient area with a microwave, plates, bowls, cutting board, cutlery, coffee & tea, and a fridge for your use 24/7.

Please note that the main kitchen is not accessible to guests.

Cots are not available. 

Our rooms all accommodate 2 people per room.

While we love your furry friends, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate them in our building. Trained service dogs are always welcome.

 Deposits for multiple bookings

If you would like to book 3 or more rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required, please call 709-893-2008 to pay the deposit.
